Learn how to protect your time. Whether you are a full-time entrepreneur or you’re building your business on the side, you must learn to be productive with your time in order to succeed. More specifically, you should be spending the majority of your time on income producing activities. Always be asking “What am I doing to grow my business?” Spend the majority of your time on activities that yield the greatest return on investment (emailing your list, product creation, etc.). Delegate all the activities that are necessary but do not have a direct correlation on your income (customer service, graphic design, etc.).
