Hi Pawan, what a fantastic compilation! I know what i’ll be doing this week – checking out the items on your list! Thanks so much for sharing. My I suggest an add to your list – CrossCap Marketing Calendar Software – omni-channel marketing calendar that allows marketing stakeholders to collaborate and outline strategy, execute initiatives, and track performance in a single system. Thank you! This is indeed an amazing list of tools! Some of my personal favourites are ProofHub for project management and collaboration, google drive and dropbox; freshbooks for invoicing and piktochart. Overall we are extremely happy and satisfied. ProofHUb, being a great collaboration tool has made collaboration amongst team members extremely easy.
Visitors to your website might overlook the call to sign up that you have at the top of every page, but it’s harder to ignore a lightbox or pop-up. Scroll boxes pop up on visitors’ screens after they’ve scrolled down a certain length of the page. The box encourages them to sign up for your email list. They can be effective for encouraging a user who’s already shown interest in your content (by staying on the page long enough to scroll) to sign up for your email list.

Great Article! Traditional marketing is becoming less and less effective by the minute; as a forward-thinking marketer, you know there has to be a better way. Instead of pitching your products or services, you are providing truly relevant and useful content to your prospects and customers to help them solve their issues. I have used a tool called AeroLeads and It really helped me a lot to boost my business.
I’ll never forget the fun we had at those NFL celebrations at Regent Street in London, a couple of years back. My sister and I took part in a couple of games, one of which required yelling some American Football words at the top of our voices, and our mum was certain we were going to nail this. Sure this sounds supportive, but our mum’s focus was on “yelling”. Joke’s on her, we failed miserably (…we only caught “quarterback” out of all the words).

The most successful marketers track everything. They know how many people see their ads. They know how many people click on their ads. They know how many people visit their website. They know how many people join their email list. And they especially know how many sales their business makes. When you know all these numbers, making money becomes a science. Track everything and know your conversion rates. This way, you know exactly what return on investment your marketing dollars will bring you. Incremental improvements to your conversion rates can yield significant increases to your bottom line.
I was looking for a tool to help my nonprofit maintain our website press coverage pages. Ideally the tool would search the web for content written ABOUT my organization and notify us when it finds something (kind of like google alerts/scoop.it), we could then approve & publish (kind of like scoop.it) and it would publish to our website in a format most commonly used in media/press rooms. Not only can I not find one tool that preforms all these functions, I can not find anything that does the last part.
